Madonna Give Me All Your Luvin’ Video (Ft. M.I.A. & Nicki Minaj)
Looks like 2012 may belong to Madonna once agian.
As you would expect, Madonna has wasted no time launching the premier of Give Me All Your Luvin’ just in time for the first ever preformance during this weekend’s Super Bowl half time show. Madonna took the gloves off earlier this year when an internet hacker leaked a demo version of the single last November. He’s since then been arrested and charged. Nothing it seems is going to stop Madonna from snatching her crown back, even if Lady Gaga has been wearing it proudly for the last four years. Sorry Monster
So, is Madonna’s Give Me All Your Luvin’ video any good?
It’s pretty amazing actually. Musically it’s a pretty joyful four minutes, featuring bouncing beats, acoustic riffs and Gwen Stefani-style cheerleader chants while the video does a nice job of blending all three ladies together.
Combine this with the upcoming wide release of W.E. and perhaps Madonna might own 2012. Pulling in top talent like MIA and Nicki Minaj, to give the whole thing a bit more oomph. Minaj certainly does her best, her typically frantic rap an exercise in squeezing as many words into a 10-second space as possible, while MIA’s more laconic drawl loses momentum. Still, the Megaforce-directed video is a hoot, featuring creepy cheerleaders, Madonna breastfeeding a doll, and a finale that involves ripping the head off an American footballer.
Welcome back.
